This building is an old hotel/motel turned into little efficiency apartments. These are small/affordable all utilities included with the rent units. They are a nice solution to the problem lower income citizens have in Anniston. Like I said it's a small complex but it's very well maintained and clean. You can see the pride either the owner or the manager has about his business
